On 23 May CAN held our May Member Meeting and second to last before the summer break. We heard an ED update, updates on fast moving deals, and met three great new companies.

Propra: automates residential property management with an all-in-one residential property management software that tackles workflows, saves money, and drives satisfaction with lightning-fast, supported onboarding and a clean intuitive interface.

Dentons & Capital Angel Network are pleased to invite you to the Investing in Life Sciences Ventures in-person event, bringing together prominent members of the community to discuss the growth and investment in life sciences companies.

 

This event will feature informative and dynamic speakers in the life sciences ecosystem and provide an opportunity to network with Dentons and CAN teams, investors, founders, and other key contacts. We look forward to seeing you at the event!

SheBoot

Fifteen Canadian women-led startups are selected to join SheBoot each year. They complete bootcamp in the fall to become investment-ready, then pitch for the grand prize of a minimum of $150,000 in investment, with the prize money awarded totalling $300,000 in equity-based funding.

The deadline to apply for the 2023 cohort is May 23, 2023.
